Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Betriebs- und Applikationsverantwortung für das Identity- und Access-Management-System (IAM) an der TH OWL
- Sie konfigurieren und erweitern die bestehende IAM-Infrastruktur, binden neue Anwendungen an und modellieren Schnittstellen (z. B. SOAP, REST, XML)
- Sie entwickeln und optimieren die Applikations-Architektur, definieren Prozesse und modellieren Organisationseinheiten (Rechte- und Rollenhierarchien)
- Sie beheben Fehler und beheben Störungen im 2nd-Level-Support
- Sie steuern Projekte, übernehmen das Anforderungs- und Changemanagement und fungieren als Schnittstelle zu externen Supporteinrichtungen und Dienstleistern
- Sie dokumentieren und übernehmen das Qualitätsmanagement
- Sie arbeiten eng mit den technischen Mitarbeitenden aus anderen Teams sowie den Verantwortlichen für Datenschutz und Informationssicherheit zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen zwingend über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Applikationsbetreuung oder IT-Administration, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zum Identity- und Access-Management
- Sie bringen ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschafts- oder Verwaltungsinformatik, in einer Naturwissenschaft oder alternativ eine Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker mit
- Sie verfügen über Erfahrung in der Durchführung von IT-Projekten und im Betrieb vernetzter IT-Lösungen
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse und -behebung in komplexen IT-Umgebungen
- Sie besitzen Erfahrung mit der Optimierung betrieblicher Prozesse
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse bezüglich Verzeichnisdiensten und im Bereich Skriptprogrammierung (Javascript)
- Sie besitzen analytisches, prozessorientiertes und vernetztes Denken und Handeln
- Sie sind teamfähig, kommunikativ, zuverlässig und serviceorientiert
- Sie bringen ein hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Initiative sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
