E-Learning Manager für Instructional Design (m/w/d)
Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst, setzt um und entwickelst kontinuierlich E‑Learnings für die Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräfte unseres Unternehmens weiter, zu Themen wie Compliance, HR, Tools, Prozesse und Customer Care
- Du bereitest die Inhalte mediendidaktisch für unterschiedliche Zielgruppen auf, durch Storyboards, Prototypen und finale E-Learning Module
- Du produzierst verschiedene Lernmedien, wie Videos und interaktive E-Learnings, mit Fokus auf klaren Visuals, Markenkonsistenz und Nutzerfreundlichkeit
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Stakeholdern zusammen, führst Anforderungsanalysen durch, erstellst Prototypen und begleitest Feedbackzyklen
- Du pflegst und betreibst die Learning Experience Platform (LXP) und das Learning Management System (LMS) operativ, inklusive Veröffentlichungen, Reporting und Support
- Du sicherst die Qualität und misst die Wirksamkeit, zum Beispiel durch Feedback und Transfer, und treibst KI- und Automatisierungsansätze zur Professionalisierung und Effizienzsteigerung des Learning‑Lifecycles voran, indem du neue Technologien evaluierst und integrierst sowie standardisierte Prozesse aufbaust

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Medien‑ und Bildungsmanagement, Mediendidaktik, Medienpädagogik/-design, Instructional Design, E-Learning, Kommunikationsdesign oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst 2-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Instructional Design / E‑Learning mit, idealerweise im IT- / Tech-Umfeld
- Du besitzt ausgezeichnete Kenntnisse in Gestaltung und Videoerstellung und bist sicher im Umgang mit Articulate Storyline, Vyond und Camtasia oder vergleichbaren Tools
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und hast die Fähigkeit, komplexe Inhalte zielgruppengerecht und klar zu vermitteln
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und serviceorientiert und begeisterst dich für die Weiterentwicklung von Lernkulturen und digitalen Lernprozessen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
