- Du installierst und nimmst moderne Klima- und Lüftungsanlagen bei unseren Privat- und Geschäftskunden fachgerecht in Betrieb
- Du übernimmst eigenständig die regelmäßige Wartung der Anlagen und sicherst so deren energieeffizienten und störungsfreien Betrieb
- Bei technischen Störungen gehst Du systematisch auf Fehlersuche, findest pragmatische Lösungen und führst Reparaturen selbstständig durch
- Als kompetenter Ansprechpartner vor Ort berätst Du unsere Kund:innen zur optimalen Nutzung ihrer Geräte und sorgst für hohe Zufriedenheit
- Du dokumentierst Deine Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig und stimmst Dich eng mit Deinem Team im Innendienst ab, um einen reibungslosen Service zu gewährleisten

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit Erfahrung im Bereich Klimatechnik
- Du besitzt das Zertifikat mindestens Kategorie 2 der Verordnung (EU) Nr.517/2014 und Nr.2015/2067 §5 der ChemKlimaschutzV
- Du hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und arbeitest serviceorientiert sowie eigenverantwortlich
- Du bist flexibel und bereit, gelegentlich am Bereitschaftsdienst teilzunehmen
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, um dich sicher mit Kund:innen und im Team auszutauschen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
