Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Einsatzplanung und Koordination unserer Servicemonteure und stellen mit Ihrem Organisationstalent einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher
- Sie packen selbst mit an und führen eigenständig anspruchsvolle Montage-, Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an verfahrenstechnischen Anlagen direkt beim Kunden vor Ort durch
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson betreuen Sie unsere Industriekunden, analysieren technische Probleme und entwickeln passgenaue Lösungen, um einen erstklassigen Service zu gewährleisten
- Basierend auf Ihrer technischen Expertise erstellen Sie mit MS Office detaillierte Serviceangebote und Kostenvoranschläge und begleiten diese bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem mechanischen oder elektrotechnischen Beruf, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder Meister (m/w/d).
- In der Praxis wenden Sie Ihr Wissen in Elektrotechnik, SPS, Pumpen- und Messtechnik sicher an und sind offen für neue Technologien.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert, was sich in Ihrer Freude am Servicegeschäft und der Kundenberatung widerspiegelt.
- Für den Einsatz im Außendienst besitzen Sie einen Führerschein der Klasse B/BE, optimalerweise auch der Klasse C.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und serviceorientiert auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zu betreuen.
