- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, bspw. als Industrie- oder Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Customer Support, idealerweise im B2B-Bereich
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kundenorientiertes Auftreten sowie Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
