- Du managst deine eigene Sales-Pipeline - vom Erstkontakt bis zum Vertragsabschluss betreust Du unsere potenziellen Kund:innen in Österreich und überzeugst diese von unserer Digitalisierungslösung
- Du bist verantwortlich für deinen Erfolg - durch unser CRM (Hubspot) beobachtest Du Deine Erfolgszahlen, erstellst Reportings und leitest aktiv Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab
- Du hast ein starkes Team an deiner Seite - durch gemeinsame Hunting Days, Mentoring im Team und Coaching Sessions mit unserem Head of Sales wollen wir Deine Performance und die des Teams auf Raketengeschwindigkeit bringen
- Du bist im Austausch mit weiteren Departments bei unserem Unternehmen - durch den transparenten Austausch im Unternehmen, trägst Du mit Deinem Produkt- und Prozesswissen zur Verbesserung der gesamten User-Experience bei

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein Hochschulstudium, egal in welcher Fachrichtung
- Du hast erste Erfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb
- Du bringst eine Hands-on-Mentalität und Motivation mit, um unsere Vision auf Hochtouren voranzubringen
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und exzellente kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um die Pain Points unserer Zielgruppe zu verstehen und Lösungen bereitzustellen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
