- Sie erstellen und aktualisieren die Fertigungsplanung in Abhängigkeit der Kundenbedarfe und der verfügbaren Kapazitäten
- Sie erstellen und terminieren Fertigungsaufträge als Teil Ihres "daily business"
- Sie analysieren und werten regelmäßig Produktions- und Qualitätskennzahlen aus
- Sie koordinieren gemeinsam mit der Fertigungssteuerung den Mitarbeitereinsatz
- Sie steuern und optimieren Fertigungsprozesse und -abläufe
- Sie stehen in kontinuierlichem Austausch mit unseren Kunden
- Sie reisen auch zu unseren Kunden vor Ort

Fachliche und persönliche Anforderungen
- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerausbildung oder eine vergleichbare bzw. Fach- oder Hochschulausbildung im Bereich Produktion oder vergleichbar
- Sie haben idealerweise bereits Erfahrungen im Bereich Produktionsplanung gesammelt
- Sie haben bei der sicheren Anwendung der MS-Office-Programme, insbesondere Excel
- Sie reagieren flexibel auf Probleme und finden dank Ihrer ausgeprägten Kommunikationsstärke schnelle und gute Lösungen
- Sie zeichnen sich durch analytisches Denken und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise aus
