- Du begleitest Führungskräfte und Entscheider:innen aus dem Top-Management und positionierst unsere Leadership- und New Work Programme als konkrete Lösungen für ihre Transformations- und Wachstumsziele
- Du baust dir dein eigenes Portfolio und Netzwerk auf, entwickelst Kund:innen langfristig weiter und sorgst für stabile Pipeline & nachhaltigen Umsatz
- Du erkennst Cross- & Upsell-Potenziale, qualifizierst Partner:innen und gestaltest aktiv unsere Go-to-Market-Exzellenz mit
- Du lässt deine Customer Insights direkt in die Produktweiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Learning Journeys einfließen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast bereits 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Sales, idealerweise im HR-, People- oder Organisationsentwicklungs-Umfeld, insbesondere in der Zusammenarbeit mit C-Level Entscheider:innen
- Du gehst proaktiv in die direkte Ansprache und führst souverän Gespräche mit Entscheider:innen
- Du hast dir bereits erfolgreich eigenständig eine Sales Pipeline aufgebaut und weißt, wie du Opportunities von der Lead Phase bis zum Abschluss entwickelst
- Du hast einen hohen Drive, Lernhunger & Growth-Mindset und willst dich fachlich wie persönlich weiterentwickeln

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
