Du verantwortest den gesamten Kund:innenprozess – von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung – und sorgst für eine konstant hohe Servicequalität
Du baust langfristige Kund:innenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst sie aktiv weiter
Du gehst Herausforderungen strukturiert und pragmatisch an und koordinierst Lösungen proaktiv mit internen Teams
Du analysierst wiederkehrende Themen und Schwachstellen und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen zur Prozess- und Systemverbesserung ab
Du arbeitest eng mit Operations, Supply Chain und Technical Service zusammen, um reibungslose, skalierbare Abläufe sicherzustellen
Du stellst sicher, dass Kund:innendaten, Auftragsstatus und Lieferinformationen aktuell, konsistent und nachvollziehbar sind
Du verbindest effiziente Prozesse mit einem positiven Kund:innenerlebnis – zuverlässig, transparent und wirksam
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Sales-Team zusammen, erkennst Kund:innenbedürfnisse frühzeitig und entwickelst gemeinsam passende Lösungen dafür
Du sorgst dafür, dass Vertriebsinitiativen und Produktneuheiten im Kund:innenservice klar und konsistent umgesetzt werden

Du steuerst Aufträge von Eingang bis Auslieferung – direkt im System Business Central
Du stellst sicher, dass alle relevanten Daten sauber, vollständig und aktuell gepflegt sind – vom Angebot bis zur Lieferung
Du behältst den Überblick über Bestellungen und Lieferungen und sorgst für transparente, proaktive Kommunikation gegenüber Kund:innen und internen Teams
Du nutzt Business Central aktiv und bringst Ideen ein, wie Prozesse weiter vereinfacht und effizienter gestaltet werden können

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Customer Service oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle mit Fokus auf Kund:innenerlebnis und Qualität
Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Du verfügst über starke Kommunikations- und Beziehungskompetenz — du weißt, wie man Menschen erreicht und Dinge in Bewegung bringt
Du hast sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten sowie eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Du beherrschst MS Office sicher — Erfahrung mit Business Central ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss, das lernst du bei uns schnell

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
