Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterrichten theoretisch und fachpraktisch in der Meisterausbildung, in Lehrgängen der Berufsausbildung sowie in weiteren Veranstaltungen der Erwachsenenbildung im Fachgebiet Elektrotechnik und Elektronik.
- Sie erarbeiten und aktualisieren Lehrgangsunterlagen.
- Sie übernehmen alle Arbeiten rund um die Durchführung von Bildungsveranstaltungen: Vorbereitung, Durchführung, Evaluation und Dokumentation – hier werden Sie von Sachbearbeiterinnen unterstützt.
- Sie stellen die materiellen Ressourcen und die Werkstattfunktionalität sicher.
- Sie nehmen Sonderaufgaben wie beispielsweise Projektarbeit oder Prüfungsaufsicht wahr.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Meisterausbildung im Elektrotechniker-Handwerk, ein Studium der Elektrotechnik oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen bzw. verfügen über mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrungen auf diesem Fachgebiet.
- Sie haben idealerweise Erfahrungen als Lehrkraft in der Erwachsenenbildung oder der beruflichen Erstausbildung im Bereich der Elektrotechnik.
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über Kenntnisse in Bereichen wie Auftragsbearbeitung in der Elektrobranche, CAD-Fachzeichnen, elektrische Maschinen und Antriebe, Regelungen für elektrische Maschinen, Frequenzumrichtertechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Messen-Steuern-Regeln, speicherprogrammierbare Steuerungen, Einbruch- und Gefahrenmeldetechnik, TREI-Sachkundenachweis und verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft.
- Sie arbeiten gern eigenverantwortlich und mit einem großen Themenspektrum.
- Sie verfolgen technische Entwicklungen auf Ihrem Fachgebiet interessiert und passen Ihr Wissen entsprechend an.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und verfügen über eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
