Note: Diese Stelle ist in Darmstadt zu besetzen, kann aber auch remote innerhalb Deutschlands ausgeführt werden – mit der Bereitschaft, gelegentlich vor Ort zu sein.

Du willst nicht nur planen, sondern wirklich etwas bewegen? Dann bist du bei HUUS genau richtig! Als Operations & Supply Chain Specialist übernimmst du Verantwortung entlang der gesamten Lieferkette – von Forecast über Einkauf und Bestandsplanung bis hin zu Lager und Versand. Du bringst Struktur in Abläufe, erkennst Optimierungspotenziale und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Telefon- und Meetingboxen genau dann ankommen, wenn sie gebraucht werden.
Was erwartet dich?
- End-to-End Supply-Chain-Management: Du verantwortest die gesamte Lieferkette von Bedarfsplanung über Einkauf, Lager und Versand bis zur Auslieferung. Dabei liegt Dein Fokus auf Qualität, Zuverlässigkeit und Skalierbarkeit.
- Lieferfähigkeit und Bestandsplanung: Du steuerst Lieferanten und Produktionspartner auf Basis datengetriebener Planung und stellst die Verfügbarkeit unserer Produkte jederzeit sicher.
- Produktlaunches: Du integrierst neue Produkte sauber in die bestehende Lieferkette – inklusive vollständiger Stücklisten, Artikelanlage und reibungslosem Übergang in die Serienproduktion.
- ERP und Stammdatenpflege: Du pflegst Artikel- und Lieferantendaten im ERP-System strukturiert und sorgst für die Basis zuverlässiger Planung und Reports.
- Schnittstellenmanagement und Kommunikation: Du arbeitest eng mit Produktentwicklung, Einkauf, Logistik, Finance und externen Partnern zusammen. Dabei entwickelst Du strategische Lieferantenbeziehungen, etablierst klare Abläufe und stellst langfristig Qualität, Verfügbarkeit und Kostenstabilität sicher.
- Reporting & Datenanalyse: Du nutzt ERP- und Supply-Chain-Daten zur Erstellung fundierter Forecasts, Reports und Ad-hoc-Analysen und schaffst so die Grundlage für datenbasierte Entscheidungen im gesamten Unternehmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Logistik, Supply-Chain-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst signifikante Erfahrung im Bereich Supply-Chain-Management, Einkauf oder Logistik mit – idealerweise im Produktionsumfeld. Ein Start-up-Hintergrund ist dabei ein klares Plus – vor allem, wenn Du Dich in Strukturen zurechtfindest, die noch im Aufbau sind, und auch dann ruhig und pragmatisch handelst, wenn Dinge mal nicht nach Plan laufen.
- Du zeichnest Dich durch Gewissenhaftigkeit und eine analytisch-logische Denkweise aus, wobei es Dir leicht fällt, smarte Ansätze zu entwickeln.
- Du überzeugst durch ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz, strategisches Planungsvermögen und vorausschauendes Handeln. Dein Zeitmanagement und deine strukturierte Arbeitsweise ermöglichen es dir hierbei, Aufgaben effektiv zu priorisieren.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. Xentral) sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit Excel oder Google Sheets.
- Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf verhandlungssicherem Niveau sowie Englisch fließend, bringst grundsätzliche Reisebereitschaft mit und hast einen Führerschein – für gelegentliche Termine bei Produktionspartnern oder spontane Einsätze, wenn’s im Tagesgeschäft darauf ankommt.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
