Was erwartet dich?
- Du arbeitest die Produktionsmitarbeitenden ein, führst und motivierst sie
- Du leitest fachlich und organisatorisch ein Produktionsteam
- Du steuerst und überwachst die Produktionslinien
- Du stellst die termingerechte Produktion unter Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten und Lieferterminen sicher
- Du bearbeitest und montierst mechanische und elektronische Baugruppen
- Du analysierst Störungen und leitest Abstellmaßnahmen ein und um
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktionsleitung zusammen und unterstützt sie
- Du setzt Arbeits-, Sicherheits- und Qualitätsvorgaben um
- Du stellst die Qualitätsstandards in der Produktion sicher und entwickelst sie weiter
- Du führst Unterweisungen der Mitarbeitenden durch
- Du arbeitest bei der Produktionsplanung und Personaleinsatzplanung mit
- Du überwachst und optimierst kontinuierlich Prozesse, Abläufe und Produktionskennzahlen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker:in oder Elektroniker:in, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker:in oder Meister:in
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in der industriellen Produktion
- Du hast erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung von Mitarbeitenden oder als stellvertretende:r Teamleiter:in
- Du hast ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis für mechanische, elektrische und elektronische Baugruppen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig sowie qualitäts- und ergebnisorientiert
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
- Du hast eine hohe Sozialkompetenz, bist verantwortungsbewusst und motiviert
- Du verfügst über analytische Fähigkeiten zur Fehleranalyse und Prozessoptimierung
- Du hast Kenntnisse in Lean Manufacturing, KVP, 5S oder ähnlichen Methoden
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Du bist flexibel, belastbar und bereit zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
