Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stehen neben den pflegerischen Tätigkeiten im Vordergrund der Pflegeplanung sowie der Anleitung und Koordination der Pflegekräfte und -assistent*innen, mit dem Ziel, die Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Bewohner*innen zu fördern und zu sichern
- Sie unterstützen die Wohnbereichsleitung und arbeiten aktiv mit Angehörigen und dem multiprofessionellen Team zusammen
- Sie führen Bewohneraufnahmen durch, einschließlich Einzug, Umzug und Auszug
- Sie führen die Pflege fachgerecht durch und dokumentieren diese
- Sie betreuen und begleiten unsere Bewohner*innen im Alltag
- Sie erstellen und setzen individuelle Pflegeplanungen um

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
