Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die Leitung von Projekten und stellen die qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechte Ausführung aller Maßnahmen sicher
- Sie leiten sowohl das Team im Büro als auch das Montage-Team direkt auf der Baustelle
- Sie führen die technischen Berechnungen von RLT-Anlagen und deren Komponenten eigenständig durch
- Sie verantworten die gesamte Arbeitsvorbereitung, die Materialdisposition sowie die Koordination von Nachunternehmerinnen und Nachunternehmern
- Sie stimmen sich fachlich versiert mit Architektinnen, Architekten und externen Planungsbüros ab
- Sie erledigen alle anfallenden Aufgaben im Bereich der Projektdokumentation und der Abrechnung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Weiterbildung zur Technikerin oder zum Techniker im Bereich SHK erfolgreich absolviert oder besitzen einen Bachelorabschluss in der Energie- und Gebäudetechnik
- Alternativ verfügen Sie über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum technischen Systemplaner mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Sie bringen fundierte Erfahrung in der Organisation und Abwicklung von Projekten mit
- Sie besitzen sichere Kenntnisse im Umgang mit der VOB sowie weiteren relevanten Normen und Richtlinien der Branche
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über erste oder bereits gefestigte Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Entscheidungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität aus
