Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse der Unternehmensgruppe nach IFRS und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von kapitalmarktrelevanten Mitteilungen in Abstimmung mit den entsprechenden Fachabteilungen
- Du stellst die ESEF-konforme Berichterstattung sicher
- Du fungierst als Bindeglied zwischen den Konzernfunktionen und den kaufmännischen Fachbereichen/Verantwortlichen in den Landesgesellschaften
- Du unterstützt und betreust die Tochtergesellschaften bei bilanziellen Fragestellungen, insbesondere nach IFRS, aber auch nach Handelsrecht (German-GAAP)
- Du beurteilst fachlich bilanzielle Fragestellungen sowie Fragestellungen bezüglich kapitalmarkt- und gesetzlicher Vorgaben rund um den Konzernabschluss der Unternehmensgruppe
- Du baust die Konzernbilanzierungsrichtlinie nach IFRS in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Group Accounting der United Internet AG auf bzw. aus und verbesserst kontinuierlich das rechnungslegungsrelevante interne Kontrollsystem (IKS) in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachabteilungen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit Vertiefung in Rechnungslegung, Bilanzierung oder anderen verwandten Gebieten
- Du verfügst über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im (Konzern-) Rechnungswesen eines internationalen Konzerns oder bei einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in der internationalen Rechnungslegung (IFRS), der Konsolidierung sowie Berichterstattungspflichten eines kapitalmarktorientierten Unternehmens
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und sorgfältig und hast ein analytisches und lösungsorientiertes Denkvermögen
- Du hast gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist motiviert, dich permanent weiterzubilden und bringst eigene Erfahrungen in die bestehenden Prozesse ein, idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse mit SAP sowie IDL-Konsis oder einer anderen Konsolidierungssoftware
