Du installierst, konfigurierst und optimierst unsere Produkte in verschiedenen Partner- und Kund:innenumgebungen
Du bearbeitest komplexe Anfragen und Supporttickets von Kund:innen, Partner:innen und Distributoren
Du analysierst und behebst Fehler in den Bereichen: Agent-Installation und -Konfiguration, SIEM-Integration und Log-Analyse, Vulnerability Management und Schwachstellen-Scanning, Netzwerk- und Endpoint-Monitoring, Microsegmentierung, Performance-Analysen auf Linux-Servern
Du führst Root-Cause-Analysen bei wiederkehrenden Problemen durch und entwickelst nachhaltige Lösungen
Du arbeitest eng mit dem Third Level bzw. der Entwicklung an Produkt- und Bug-Themen zusammen und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Support-Prozesse ein
Du erstellst und pflegst Support-Dokumentationen sowie Knowledge-Base-Artikel und unterstützt Kund:innenschulungen und Webinare zu technischen Themen

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektroniker:in, Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Linux (Debian) und einen sicheren Umgang mit der Shell
Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik und IT-Infrastrukturen (Loadbalancer, Proxy, Zertifikate, VMs) sowie Erfahrung in der Windows-Server-Administration
Du verfügst über solides Wissen in Routing, Switching, Firewalls und VPNs und hast Verständnis für IT-Sicherheitslösungen (Firewall, Endpoint Security, SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning)
Du hast idealerweise mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Second-Level-Support – idealerweise in IT-Security, Monitoring oder Systemmanagement und wünschenswerte Kenntnisse in MongoDB & Erfahrung mit Containerisierung und Orchestrierung (Docker, Kubernetes)
Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und teamübergreifend, kommunizierst klar und teilst dein Wissen gern mit Kolleg:innen und deine Sprachkenntnisse sind sehr gut in Deutsch und gut in Englisch, jeweils in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
