Was erwartet Dich?
- Als Meister übernimmst du die fachliche Führung deines Teams und planst eigenverantwortlich die Arbeitsabläufe auf den Flachdach-Baustellen.
- Du koordinierst die fachgerechte Installation von Dachabdichtungen sowie Dämmmaterialien und packst bei der Ausführung selbst mit an.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner vor Ort stimmst du dich eng mit der Bauleitung und anderen Handwerksbereichen ab, um reibungslose Projekte zu gewährleisten.
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und stellst die konsequente Einhaltung der Arbeitssicherheit in deinem Team sicher.
- Die Durchführung von anspruchsvollen Reparatur- und Wartungsarbeiten zur Sicherung der Dachqualität gehört ebenfalls zu deinem Aufgabengebiet.

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast einen abgeschlossenen Meistertitel als Dachdecker (m/w/d)
- Du hast ein hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit
- Du hast bestenfalls mindestens 1 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Meister
- Du hast Führungserfahrung sammeln können
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse der verschiedenen Abdichtungssysteme
- Du hast Deutschkenntnisse auf mindestens B2 Niveau, besser C1
- Du bist teamfähig und arbeitest selbstständig
- Du bist körperlich belastbar und schwindelfrei

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
