Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Ausbildung von jährlich bis zu 6 Auszubildenden zum Elektroniker für Automatisierungstechnik (m/w/d)
- Du vermittelst praktische und theoretische Kenntnisse in den Bereichen: Gebäude- und Automatisierungstechnik, Mess-, Steuer- und Regelungstechnik (MSR), Schaltschrankbau, Inbetriebnahme und Systemintegration
- Du bist für die Planung, Organisation und Durchführung der Ausbildungsinhalte gemäß Ausbildungsordnung zuständig und betreust die Auszubildenden während der gesamten Ausbildungszeit
- Du pflegst die Zusammenarbeit mit Berufsschulen, IHK und internen Fachabteilungen und wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Ausbildungskonzepts mit, einschließlich der Durchführung eines dualen Studiengangs
- Du förderst Teamgeist, Motivation und die fachliche wie die persönliche Entwicklung der Azubis und verantwortest die Wahrnehmung der Aufsichtspflicht sowie die Überwachung der Unfallverhütung
- Du sicherst die Beurteilung und die Leistungsbewertung der Auszubildenden und bist erste Ansprechperson für Eltern, Berufsschule und IHK

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Elektroniker oder vergleichbar und eine Meister- oder Technikerausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Gebäudeenergie- und Gebäudeinformationstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst eine Ausbildereignung (AEVO / ADA-Schein) mit und hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Gebäudeautomation / MSR-Technik
- Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, motivierende und kommunikative Arbeitsweise und hast eine Begeisterung für Technik, Innovation und Ausbildung
- Du hast die Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft, auf Jugendliche einzugehen, ihr Handeln zu verstehen und ihnen ein Gefühl von Sicherheit zu vermitteln
- Du bist qualitäts- und kostenbewusst, teamfähig und hast eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
