Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen den Vertrieb aktiv im Tagesgeschäft und bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden im Bereich IT-Security.
- Sie erstellen und bearbeiten eigenständig Angebote, Präsentationen sowie Vertriebsunterlagen mit MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Sie koordinieren Termine und sind für die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundenmeetings und Vertriebs-Events verantwortlich.
- Sie pflegen Kundendaten sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und agieren als wichtige administrative und kommunikative Schnittstelle im Team.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringen erste relevante Berufserfahrung mit.
- Mit Ihrem Organisationstalent und kaufmännischen Verständnis arbeiten Sie strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
- Im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel, sind Sie sicher.
- Ihre Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie zeichnen Sie im Umgang mit Kunden und Kollegen aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1) und können sich gut auf Englisch (B2) verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
