Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie kalkulieren selbstständig Baumaßnahmen im Netz- und Tiefbau und gestalten den gesamten Angebotsprozess
- Sie tragen zur Projektauswahl bei und sind in die Akquisition involviert, um unser Portfolio zu erweitern
- Sie erstellen vollständige und termingerechte Angebotsunterlagen und pflegen eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung, dem Einkauf und der Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team erarbeiten Sie die Grundlagen für die Arbeitskalkulation
- Sie unterstützen die Bauleitung bei der Kostenkontrolle und erstellen regelmäßige Soll/Ist-Vergleiche sowie Mengenermittlungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker (m/w/d) oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bauleitung und/oder Kalkulation von Netzbauprojekten
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit der EDV, insbesondere mit AVA-Programmen wie z.B. RIB iTWO
- Sie zeigen Einsatzbereitschaft, Ideenreichtum und Flexibilität
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und zielstrebig und besitzen Teamgeist
- Sie haben Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Bauabrechnung und sind sicher im Umgang mit Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsprogrammen

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
