Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten eigenverantwortlich Montageprojekte im Metall- und Stahlbau und führen ein Team von drei bis acht Personen vor Ort
- Sie steuern die Terminplanung sowie die Arbeitsabläufe auf der Baustelle und stellen die lückenlose Verfügbarkeit von Materialien und Werkzeugen sicher
- Sie überwachen den Baufortschritt anhand von Montageplänen sowie Konstruktionszeichnungen und packen bei den Montagearbeiten auch selbst aktiv mit an
- Sie agieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle, Produktion und Konstruktion, um einen reibungslosen Informations- und Materialfluss zu gewährleisten
- Sie verantworten die saubere Dokumentation durch Baustellenberichte und Aufmaße zur Sicherstellung des Qualitätsanspruchs

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder einen Meister-/Technikerabschluss im Metallbau, Stahlbau oder vergleichbares
- Sie verfügen über mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Montageleitung im Metall- bzw. Stahlbau
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der geltenden Verarbeitungsrichtlinien nach Stand der Technik und sind sicher im Umgang mit Montageplänen, Konstruktionszeichnungen und Stücklisten
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Koordination und Führung von Montageteams und Nachunternehmern und die Fähigkeit zur Terminplanung
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit Baustellenberichten und Aufmaßen und besitzen Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie ausgeprägte Führungs- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, haben ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsanspruch, sind belastbar und flexibel im Baustellenalltag
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein Klasse B, sind reise- und montagebereit und verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
