Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Administration unseres Warenwirtschaftssystems und stellst sicher, dass alle Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Lager-Dienstleister und sorgst für eine effiziente Abstimmung
- Du analysierst Bestände, planst Bedarfe und führst Inventuren durch
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Vertrieb zusammen, um Lieferungen zuverlässig und termingerecht umzusetzen
- Du holst Lieferantenangebote ein, pflegst Artikelstammdaten, organisierst Warentransporte und verantwortest eine reibungslose Abwicklung
- Du entwickelst Konzepte zur Vergabe von Chargennummern und stellst die Nachvollziehbarkeit sicher
- Du unterstützt bei der Koordination des Einkaufs- und Logistik-Teams, ohne disziplinarische Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen, und kommunizierst regelmäßig mit unserer Muttergesellschaft in England

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast fünf bis zehn Jahre Erfahrung in Einkauf, Logistik, Import, Zoll und in der Administration von Warenwirtschaftssystemen
- Du arbeitest sicher mit ERP-Systemen, idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit Weclapp
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1) und kommunizierst problemlos mit unserer Muttergesellschaft in England
- Du besitzt ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeiten und ein hohes Maß an Detailgenauigkeit
- Du erkennst komplexe Prozesse schnell und findest effiziente Lösungen zur Optimierung
- Du bringst Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern mit und hast bestenfalls bereits erste Führungserfahrung gesammelt oder möchtest dich in Richtung Personalführung weiterentwickeln
- Du bist aufgeschlossen, engagiert, arbeitest gerne im Team und gehst Aufgaben proaktiv, lösungsorientiert und zuverlässig an

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
