Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den strategischen und operativen Einkauf, von der Bedarfsanalyse über die Lieferantenauswahl bis zur Importabwicklung.
- Du steuerst die Zusammenarbeit mit unserem externen Logistikdienstleister und optimierst die gesamte Lieferkette, um eine termingerechte Warenanlieferung zu gewährleisten.
- Als Key-User für unser Warenwirtschaftssystem (ERP) stellst du reibungslose Abläufe sicher und entwickelst die Prozesse zur Bestandsführung und Inventur kontinuierlich weiter.
- Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zum Vertrieb, zur Buchhaltung sowie zu unserer Muttergesellschaft in England und stimmst alle relevanten Themen ab.
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Koordination des Einkaufs- und Logistik-Teams und unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen im Tagesgeschäft.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf und Import mit und bist sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), um dich eng mit unserer Muttergesellschaft in England abzustimmen.
- Dank deiner analytischen und organisierten Arbeitsweise erkennst du komplexe Prozesse schnell und findest effiziente Lösungen zur Optimierung.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern, insbesondere im Bereich Lager und Logistik.
- Als proaktiver und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer überzeugst du durch deine zuverlässige und engagierte Art.
- Idealerweise bringst du erste Führungserfahrung mit oder hast den Wunsch, dich in diese Richtung zu entwickeln.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
