Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst und projektierst eigenverantwortlich die technische Gebäudeausrüstung (HKLS) für unsere anspruchsvollen Bauprojekte.
- Mithilfe moderner 3D-CAD-Software wie Revit oder Plancal Nova erstellst Du detaillierte Ausführungs- und Montagepläne.
- Du erstellst präzise Massenauszüge als Grundlage für die Kalkulation und unterstützt das Team bei der Materialbeschaffung.
- Als wichtige Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit der Projektleitung und den Montageteams zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicherzustellen.
- Du unterstützt bei der Objektüberwachung vor Ort und wirkst bei der technischen Dokumentation sowie der finalen Abnahme mit.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Systemplaner (m/w/d) im Bereich HKLS oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst bereits mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Konstruktion von gebäudetechnischen Anlagen mit.
- Im Umgang mit einer gängigen 3D-CAD-Software (z. B. Revit oder Plancal Nova) bist du versiert.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist präzise und strukturiert, gepaart mit einem ausgeprägten technischen Verständnis und räumlichen Vorstellungsvermögen.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer verfügst du über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), um dich reibungslos im Team abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
