Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung inklusive ordnungsgemäßer Rechnungsprüfung
- Du prüfst, kontierst und buchst sämtliche Geschäftsvorfälle
- Du steuerst und bearbeitest den Zahlungsverkehr inkl. Kontenabstimmung
- Du arbeitest bei der Erstellung der konzern- und der handelsrechtlichen Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse mit
- Du erstellst termingerecht Statistiken, Auswertungen und Reportings
- Du unterstützt das Buchhaltungsteam im operativen Geschäft und planst, steuerst und führst Projekte durch
- Du betreust fachlich die Buchhaltungssoftware Datev als Key User
- Du entwickelst den Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung weiter, indem du Prozesse standardisierst und digitalisierst
- Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse im zuständigen Aufgabenbereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium als Betriebswirt:in oder ein vergleichbares Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen. Alternativ hast du eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Erfahrungen im finanzwirtschaftlichen Prozess- und Qualitätsmanagement
- Du verfügst über wünschenswerte Expertenkenntnisse mit der Buchhaltungssoftware Datev
- Du hast sichere Kenntnisse im Accounting, insbesondere in HGB
- Du bist sehr gut im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, insbesondere Excel)
- Du hast gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du trittst souverän auf und hast eine ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenz und Empathie
- Du arbeitest systematisch, analytisch und lösungsorientiert und verfügst über ein gutes Selbst- und Zeitmanagement
- Du bist zuverlässig, loyal und vertrauenswürdig
