Um unsere internen Prozesse auf das nächste Level zu heben, suchen wir Sie als Zahlen-Experten/in, der/die uns den Rücken freihält. Wir suchen keine "Belege-Tippkraft", sondern eine:n mitdenkende:n Buchhalter:in, der/die digitale Prozesse lebt.

Was erwartet Sie?
- Finanzbuchhaltung: Sie übernehmen die laufende Buchhaltung (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Bank, Kasse) für unsere Einheiten (Dermatologie & Aesthetics) sicher in DATEV.
- Lohnabrechnung: Sie verantworten die monatliche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für unser wachsendes Team. Dabei nutzen Sie die Schnittstelle zwischen unserer HR-Software Factorial und DATEV.
- Jahresabschluss: Sie bereiten die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse so weit vor ("abschlussreif"), dass unser Steuerbüro diese effizient finalisieren kann.
- Zahlungsverkehr: Sie überwachen Zahlungseingängen, führen das Mahnwesen durch und übernehmen die Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs.
- Schnittstellen-Management: Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für unser Steuerbüro sowie für Krankenkassen und Behörden.
- Controlling: Erstellung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Auswertungen (BWA) und Reports für die Geschäftsführung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/d), oder Weiterbildung zum/r Bilanzbuchhalter/in.
- Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanz- und Lohnbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen oder in einer Steuerkanzlei.
- Software-Profi: Sie beherrschen DATEV (Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, Lohn & Gehalt/LODAS) aus dem Effeff. Erfahrungen mit DATEV Unternehmen online sind erwünscht.
- Digital Mindset: Der Umgang mit modernen HR-Tools wie Factorial ist für Sie kein Neuland, sondern eine Erleichterung.
- Arbeitsweise: Sie arbeiten absolut präzise, diskret und strukturiert. Sie haben den Anspruch, dass am Monatsende "alles bis auf den Cent stimmt".

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
