Als Commercial Director (m/w/d) agieren Sie auf Augenhöhe mit der ärztlichen Leitung und bilden das betriebswirtschaftliche Fundament unserer Einrichtung. Sie sind weit mehr als ein Verwalter: Als strategischer Impulsgeber treiben Sie das Business Development voran, erschließen neue Marktpotenziale und transformieren bestehende Strukturen in hochprofessionelle, zukunftsfähige Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

Strategische Führung: Sie steuern das operative Geschäft und verantworten die P&L (Gewinn- und Verlustrechnung). Sie übersetzen unsere medizinische Exzellenz in wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.
Performance & KPIs: Sie lieben Excel und Dashboards. Sie überwachen Kennzahlen (EBITDA, Auslastung, Konversionsraten) und leiten sofort Maßnahmen ein, wenn der Umsatz abweicht.
Expansion & Skalierung: Sie standardisieren Prozesse und bereiten Reportings vor.
Leadership: Sie führen ein Team von über 40 Mitarbeitenden. Sie schaffen eine "High-Performance-Culture"
Patient Experience: Sie optimieren mit unserem Team die "Patient Journey" vom ersten Anruf bis zur Rechnung, um unsere Positionierung im Premium-Segment zu festigen.

Ihr Profil

Erfahrung: Sie bringen mindestens 6 Jahre Führungserfahrung im Management von Kliniken, MVZs oder im gehobenen Hospitality-Management, Zahnklinik, Ästhetikzentren oder -kette.
Track Record: Sie haben bereits Verantwortung für 8-stellige Jahresumsätze (> 10 Mio. €) getragen und wissen, wie man Wachstum managt, ohne dass Chaos ausbricht.
Mindset: Sie denken unternehmerisch. Sie warten nicht auf Anweisungen, sondern sehen Arbeit und Optimierungsbedarf von selbst.
Führung: Sie sind eine führungsstarke Persönlichkeit, die Klarheit ausstrahlt, aber Menschen auch emotional mitnehmen kann ("Servant Leadership").
Digital: Sie verstehen moderne Praxis-IT, Marketing-Funnel und digitale Prozesse.
