Dabei behalten Sie die wirtschaftliche Zielsetzung ebenso im Blick wie höchste Qualitätsansprüche. Unterstützt werden Sie durch unsere zentralen Serviceabteilungen, denn wir verstehen uns als Team
Sie sind dabei, wenn es ans Eingemachte geht und machen mit eigenen Vorschlägen zu technischen Optimierungsmöglichkeiten den Unterschied! Vergabeverhandlungen unterstützen Sie als fachliche:r Expert:in und betreuen laufende Projekte in der Vergabephase
Sie haben viel Raum für eigene Entscheidungen und die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der erfolgreichen Entwicklung des Unternehmens beteiligt zu sein

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben ein erfolgreich absolviertes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Sie verfügen über Erfahrungen in der Kalkulation von Hochbauprojekten sowie Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht (HOAI)
Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen, BPS ist wünschenswert, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich
Sie sind ein Organisationstalent, zuverlässig, zeigen Eigeninitiative und haben den Ehrgeiz, Projekte zum Erfolg führen zu wollen
Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
