Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Einrichtung und Bedienung unserer modernen SMD-Fertigungslinie und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf unserer Elektronikkomponenten.
- Anhand von Rüstplänen stellst du Material bereit, rüstest die Anlagen präzise um und führst die abschließende Rüstkontrolle durch.
- Mit geschultem Auge prüfst du die Qualität der bestückten Baugruppen durch sorgfältige Sichtkontrollen und sicherst so unsere hohen Standards.
- Du arbeitest eng mit deinem Team zusammen, behebst kleinere Störungen eigenständig und unterstützt bei der regelmäßigen Wartung der Anlagen.
- Die Dokumentation deiner Arbeitsschritte in unseren EDV-Systemen gehört ebenfalls zu deinen Aufgaben.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst Fingerfertigkeit und eine präzise Arbeitsweise mit – ein Quereinstieg ist daher bei entsprechender Geschicklichkeit ausdrücklich willkommen.
- Idealerweise hast du eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung, zum Beispiel als Elektroniker:in für Geräte und Systeme.
- Die Arbeit im 2-Schichtsystem (bei Bedarf auch 3-Schicht) passt gut in deine Planung.
- Du bist ein Teamplayer mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein und einer eigenverantwortlichen Arbeitsweise.
- Der sichere Umgang mit gängigen IT- und EDV-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1), um die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team sicherzustellen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
