Was erwartet Sie?
- Verantwortung für den Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung der Storage-Umgebung inkl. Kapazitätsplanung, Performance-Überwachung und Integration in Backup-Konzepte
- Administration und Überwachung der Datensicherungs- und Notfallumgebungen (z. B. Veeam) sowie Pflege der Notfall- und Wiederherstellungskonzepte
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung der Citrix-Umgebung inkl. virtueller Desktops, Master-Images und sicherer Remote-Zugänge
- Betreuung moderner Remote-Arbeitsplatzlösungen (z. B. Citrix, IGEL) zur Unterstützung hybrider Arbeitsmodelle
- Mitarbeit im Server- und Virtualisierungsbetrieb (Windows- und Linux-Systeme, virtuelle Umgebungen)
- Unterstützung im Netzwerk- und Firewall-Betrieb sowie bei VPN- und Standortvernetzungen
- Mitarbeit im Bereich IT-Sicherheit, u. a. E-Mail-Security, Awareness-Maßnahmen und Phishing-Tests
- Planung und Durchführung von Patch-, Update- und Wartungsarbeiten
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des System- und Netzwerkmonitorings
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern und Providern sowie Unterstützung bei IT-Projekten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Eine Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatik) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Fundierte Erfahrung im Betrieb von Enterprise-Storage-Systemen (z. B. Dell EMC Unity oder vergleichbar)
- Kenntnisse in Kapazitätsplanung, Performance-Überwachung und Fehleranalyse von Storage-Umgebungen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Backup- und Recovery-Lösungen
- Erfahrung in der Planung, Überwachung und regelmäßigen Prüfung von Datensicherungen
- Verständnis für Notfall- und Wiederherstellungskonzepte (Disaster Recovery, Restore-Tests)
- Erfahrung im Betrieb von Citrix-Umgebungen (virtuelle Desktops und/oder Applikationen)
- Kenntnisse in der Pflege von Master-Images und der Aktualisierung virtueller Arbeitsumgebungen
- Erfahrung mit sicheren Remote-Zugängen
- Kenntnisse im Umfeld von Thin Clients oder Endpoint-Lösungen (z. B. IGEL) von Vorteil
- Gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows-Server-Umgebungen und Active Directory
- Basiswissen im Netzwerkumfeld (Firewall, VPN, Standortvernetzung)
- Erfahrung mit Patch-, Update- und Wartungsprozessen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
