- Du bearbeitest und überwachst alle Lieferantenwechselprozesse nach GPKE
- Du pflegst und dokumentierst die Stammdaten in unseren Systemen nach den gesetzlichen und unseren internen Qualitätsanforderungen
- Du fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für Marktpartner (Verteilnetzbetreiber, Lieferanten, ÜNBs etc.)
- Du verantwortest die Durchführung der monatlichen Echtkostenabrechnung und betreust dabei auftretende Klärungsfälle gemeinsam mit dem Kundenservice
- Du leitest aus dem Daily Business Entwicklungspotenziale ab, um unsere Produktentwicklung und das Zusammenspiel aus Software und Service weiterzuentwickeln

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Umfeld von Energieversorgungsunternehmen, idealerweise bei einem Stromversorger, mit
- Du hast eine Weiterbildung zur/zum Energiefachwirt:in, eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit wirtschaftlichem oder technischem Schwerpunkt abgeschlossen
- Du sprichst fließend "MaKo" und kannst fachliche und prozessuale Inhalte und Zusammenhänge für andere Stakeholder verständlich vermitteln
- Du bringst eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und pragmatische Arbeitsweise mit
