Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für die Anliegen der Fachbereiche und für die Definition von Umsetzungsstrategien bei großen Industriekund:innen
- Du bist zuständig für die Implementierung von Schnittstellen sowie die Anbindung und Integration von SAP- und PLM-Daten
- Du bist verantwortlich vom Proof-of-Concept bis zur Umsetzung, damit eine erfolgreiche Integration gelingt
- Du bist nach der Implementierung die erste Ansprechperson für IT-Fragen deiner Kund:innen
- Du analysierst und entwickelst kontinuierlich unsere Onboarding-Prozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Softwareentwickler-Team und bist zuständig für die erfolgreiche Übergabe der integrierten Kund:innen an das verantwortliche Team

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Data Science, Computer Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Leitung und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten mit und hast tiefgehendes Wissen über deren Architektur und Infrastruktur
- Du hast fundiertes Wissen im Architekturdesign sowie in der Konzeption und Implementierung von Schnittstellen und Integrationen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im SaaS-Umfeld sowie mit KI/Analytics-Projekten und kannst Anforderungen in tragfähige technische Lösungen übersetzen und verfügst idealerweise über Kenntnisse in SAP und PLM-Systemen
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch – schriftlich wie mündlich

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
