Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen hochpräzise Werkstücke auf hochmodernen CNC-Maschinen
- Sie entwickeln die CNC-Bearbeitungsfolge anhand von CAD-Zeichnungen, Volumenmodellen (STEP, IGES) und Spannmitteln
- Sie programmieren die CNC-Bearbeitungsfolge über CAM- (Inventor und/oder MasterCAM) und CNC-Programme (meist Siemens-Steuerungen)
- Sie bedienen und überwachen CNC-Bearbeitungszentren und stellen die Prozessparameter nach Fertigungsplan ein
- Sie führen Nebenprozesse durch, wie z.B. das Aufspannen von Werkstücken, messtechnische Einstellungsvorgänge und Werkzeugerneuerungen
- Sie kontrollieren die gefertigten Werkstücke und optimieren kontinuierlich die Prozesse hinsichtlich Präzision und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) mit Fachabitur
- Sie sind fähig, CAD-Zeichnungen zu lesen und die Vorgaben anzuwenden
- Sie besitzen Programmier-Kenntnisse mit CAM- und CNC-Programmen
- Sie haben Spaß an und idealerweise erste berufliche Erfahrung mit der Fertigung von hochpräzisen Werkstücken
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und zeigen Eigeninitiative
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Integrationsfähigkeit sowie sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
