Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie arbeiten an globalen Projekten und bauen Beziehungen zu Kunden auf der ganzen Welt auf
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Patientenfragebögen, pflegen unsere Datenstrukturen und übernehmen die Proben-Datenverwaltung
- Sie implementieren Studienkonfigurationen und testen sie anhand eines vordefinierten Testplans, um sicherzustellen, dass alles reibungslos funktioniert
- Sie sorgen dafür, dass unsere Prozesse und Systeme zuverlässig und effizient sind
- Sie bieten unseren Kund:innen während der Testphasen Unterstützung bei Fragen und Problemen und teilen Ihre Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse mit neuen Kolleg:innen, um deren Entwicklung zu fördern
- Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Support, um unseren Kunden bei der Nutzung verschiedener Systeme zu helfen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Medizin- / Bio- / Fach-Informatiker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung/Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
- Sie haben Spaß an der Arbeit mit Kunden und gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Sie sind teamfähig, scheuen sich nicht, Fragen zu stellen, wenn Sie einmal nicht weiterwissen, und teilen gerne Ihre Ideen und sprechen Probleme an
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig und darauf ausgerichtet, den Kunden ein gutes Gefühl zu geben, indem Sie sich schnell, freundlich und kompetent um deren Anliegen kümmern
- Sie haben Freude an exakter Arbeitsweise und Interesse an einem langfristigen, sicheren Arbeitsverhältnis und daran, die Entwicklung Ihres Arbeitsumfeldes aktiv mitzugestalten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
