Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie konzipieren und implementieren elektronische Patientenfragebögen (eCRFs) sowie spezifische Studienkonfigurationen für unsere globalen klinischen Studien.
- Sie stellen die Datenqualität und Funktionalität sicher, indem Sie die Konfigurationen eigenständig anhand von Testplänen validieren und technische Abnahmetests durchführen.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson begleiten Sie unsere internationalen Kunden während der gesamten Projektlaufzeit, von der Konfiguration bis zur finalen Testphase.
- Sie verantworten die Pflege der Datenstrukturen sowie die Verwaltung von Probendaten und tragen aktiv zur Optimierung unserer internen Prozesse und Systeme bei.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projektmanagement und dem Support-Team geben Sie Ihr Wissen weiter und unterstützen bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Bereich eCRF-Design mit.
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Medizin-, Bio- oder Fachinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Dank Ihrer kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art haben Sie Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und kümmern sich kompetent um Anliegen.
- Sie sind ein engagierter Teamplayer, der sich aktiv einbringt, selbstständig sowie sorgfältig arbeitet und Interesse an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit hat.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
