Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für den kellerwirtschaftlichen Bereich des 12 ha großen Weinguts
- Sie planen, führen durch und überwachen alle Prozesse vom Most bis zum fertigen Wein
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Ausbau, die Pflege und Lagerung der Weine, einschließlich Gärführung, Filtration, Stabilisierung und Abfüllung
- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentieren diese nach geltenden rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Sie organisieren und steuern die Weinlese und koordinieren das Team sowie externe Dienstleister
- Sie entwickeln, stellen her und optimieren alkoholfreie Produkte, wie entalkoholisierte Weine und Getränkekreationen und arbeiten an der Produktentwicklung neuer alkoholfreier Konzepte und Rezepturen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kellermeister:in, Techniker:in für Weinbau/Önologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie bringen mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Weinausbau sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Kellerwirtschaft und Önologie mit.
- Sie begeistern sich für die Entwicklung neuer Produkte, insbesondere im Bereich alkoholfreier Getränke, und bringen eine hohe Innovationsfreude mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und strukturiert, gepaart mit einer Hands-on-Mentalität und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Idealerweise haben Sie bereits erste Erfahrungen in der Brennerei oder Obstverarbeitung gesammelt.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse ermöglichen Ihnen eine reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit externen Partnern.
