Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für den kellerwirtschaftlichen Bereich des 12 ha großen Weinguts
- Sie planen, führen durch und überwachen alle Prozesse vom Most bis zum fertigen Wein
- Sie sind verantwortlich für den Ausbau, die Pflege und Lagerung der Weine, einschließlich Gärführung, Filtration, Stabilisierung und Abfüllung
- Sie führen Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentieren diese nach geltenden rechtlichen Vorgaben
- Sie organisieren und steuern die Weinlese und koordinieren das Team sowie externe Dienstleister
- Sie entwickeln, stellen her und optimieren alkoholfreie Produkte, wie entalkoholisierte Weine und Getränkekreationen und arbeiten an der Produktentwicklung neuer alkoholfreier Konzepte und Rezepturen mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kellermeister (m/w/d), staatlich geprüfte:r Techniker:in für Weinbau/Önologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Ausbau von Weinen
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse in Kellerwirtschaft, Önologie und Getränketechnologie
- Sie haben Interesse an alkoholfreien Produkten und zeigen Innovationsfreude in der Produktentwicklung
- Sie haben Grundkenntnisse oder Erfahrung in Brennerei und Obstverarbeitung, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst und sind teamfähig, belastbar und haben eine Hands-on-Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
