Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen, steuern und verantworten Kundenprojekte im Rahmen der Produkteinführung
- Sie begleiten Kund:innen fachlich und organisatorisch während des gesamten Einführungsprozesses
- Sie führen Produktschulungen durch, sowohl remote als auch vor Ort bei Kund:innen
- Sie analysieren Kundenanforderungen und stimmen geeignete Lösungskonzepte ab
- Sie koordinieren interne Fachabteilungen wie Entwicklung, Support und Vertrieb
- Sie stellen Termine, Qualität und Kundenzufriedenheit sicher und sind Ansprechperson für Kund:innen in allen projektbezogenen Fragestellungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im kaufmännischen, technischen oder IT-nahen Bereich oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte IT-Affinität und idealerweise Erfahrung mit Softwareprodukten oder IT-Projekten
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute bis fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (zwingend erforderlich)
- Sie treten sicher, professionell und verbindlich gegenüber Kund:innen auf
- Sie haben sehr gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten und eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind bereit, für Kundentermine und Schulungen vor Ort zu reisen und haben idealerweise Erfahrung im Projektmanagement

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
