Die step one GmbH mit Sitz in Quickborn wurde 2001 gegründet und ist ein Full-Service Partner für Messe, Marke und Kommunikation. Für unsere Kunden übernehmen wir die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung von Markenauftritten im Raum, live, digital und hybrid.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und erstellst technische Zeichnungen und Stücklisten unter Einsatz von 3D-CAD-Software (Vectorworks & WoodWop) und optimierst Fertigungsprozesse im Hinblick auf Effizienz und Materialeinsatz
- Du analysierst und entwickelst Produktionsprozesse in der Verarbeitung weiter und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Abteilungen in der Fertigung
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für das technische Equipment und steuerst Bauabläufe
- Du koordinierst Kundenaufträge von der Planung bis zur Fertigstellung, stimmst dich mit Kund:innen und internen Abteilungen ab, führst Materialprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen durch und dokumentierst die Produktionsabläufe und Ergebnisse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Veranstaltungstechnik und mindestens einige Jahre Berufspraxis
- Gängige Office-Software und deren Handling ist für dich Alltag; idealerweise hast du Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD Programmen. Besonders Vectorworks
- Du verfügst über gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Dank deines hohen Organisations- und Kommunikationsgeschickes behältst du auch in den stressigeren Messezeiten stets den Überblick
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B + C1 und idealerweise einen Staplerschein
- Du verfügst über handwerkliches und technisches Geschick
- Du bist reisebereit und arbeitest selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
