Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Führung und Abwicklung von Insolvenzverfahren und steuerst alle Prozessschritte, unterstützt durch die Branchensoftware winsolvenz.
- Du analysierst komplexe wirtschaftliche Sachverhalte und erstellst auf dieser Basis fundierte Gutachten und Berichte als Entscheidungsgrundlage für das Insolvenzgericht.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson führst du die gesamte Korrespondenz mit Gerichten, Gläubigern, Schuldnern und weiteren Verfahrensbeteiligten.
- Du sicherst und verwertest die Insolvenzmasse, indem du Veräußerungen planst und durchführst, um die bestmögliche Quote für die Gläubiger zu erzielen.
- Du prüfst und verfolgst insolvenzrechtliche Anfechtungsansprüche und setzt diese sowohl außergerichtlich als auch gerichtlich konsequent durch.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften mit dem Zweiten Juristischen Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits erste praktische Erfahrung aus einer Insolvenzverwalterkanzlei oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld mit.
- Du besitzt ein starkes Interesse an wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu analysieren.
- Deine Kommunikationsstärke und dein verbindliches Auftreten zeichnen dich im Umgang mit allen Verfahrensbeteiligten aus.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind für dich selbstverständlich.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
