Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist für die fachgerechte Instandsetzung von Karosserieschäden verantwortlich und stellst die ursprüngliche Form und Sicherheit der Fahrzeuge wieder her.
- Präzise bearbeitest Du Blech- und Metallteile, führst klassische Spenglerarbeiten aus und bereitest alles für die nächsten Schritte vor.
- Sorgfältig demontierst und montierst Du Fahrzeugkomponenten, um einen reibungslosen Reparaturablauf zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit den Lackierern bereitest Du die Oberflächen professionell für ein perfektes Finish vor.
- Zur Schadensanalyse und für Einstellarbeiten nutzt Du moderne Diagnosesysteme und die Werkstatt-EDV.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kfz-Mechaniker, Klempner oder Spengler (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Karosserietechnik.
- Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Fahrzeugreparatur mit und kennst dich mit Karosseriearbeiten aus.
- Der Umgang mit aktueller Diagnosesoftware und gängigen EDV-Systemen ist für dich selbstverständlich.
- Du arbeitest sorgfältig, packst gerne mit an und bist ein verlässlicher Teamplayer.
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
