Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Florist:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Teamleitung oder Filialführung, idealerweise im Einzelhandel oder in der Floristik
- Du bist hoch kundenorientiert, hast Organisationstalent und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du bist kreativ und hast einen Sinn für ansprechende Präsentationen
- Du hast Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und eine Leidenschaft für Blumen
