Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Systemverantwortung für die Qualifizierung, definierst Rationalen und erstellst dazugehörige SOPs und Vorlagen; du definierst Kennzahlen und verbesserst das System kontinuierlich
- Du führst das Q/V-Team fachlich
- Du führst die Qualifizierungen von Herstellequipment durch
- Du koordinierst und erstellst die Validierungs-/Qualifizierungsdokumentation wie Risikoanalysen, Validierungspläne und wertest Validierungsergebnisse aus sowie beurteilst und fasst die Daten zusammen
- Du erstellst risikobasierte Rationalen zur Qualifizierung von Sterilisationsprozessen und koordinierst die Schnittstellen mit den Bereichen Produktion, Technik, QK und Kund:innen
- Du kommunizierst mit Herstellern und externen Dienstleistern und stellst Q+V Dokumente in Audits und Inspektionen vor
- Du bist Q+V-Vertreter:in in technischen und Kundenprojekten und stellst die Einhaltung der Q+V Frequenzen sicher
- Du genehmigst die Q+V Dokumente im Zuständigkeitsbereich und erstellst sowie überwachst die Umsetzung des VMP
- Du erstellst, überwachst und reportest Kennzahlen im Rahmen der Qualitätsplanung
- Du führst interne Audits und Lieferantenaudits durch und wirkst in abteilungsübergreifenden Projekten mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium sowie mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Qualifizierung und Validierung, möglichst in einem Pharmaunternehmen
- Du bringst Erfahrung in einem QM-System mit, hast einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse in der Bearbeitung/Erstellung von Q/V-Dokumenten
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung und Steuerung eines Teams
- Du wendest die MS Office-Produkte sicher an und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift auf fließendem Niveau (C1)
- Du hast starkes Organisationsgeschick, souveräne Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und bist ein:e Teamplayer:in mit pragmatischer Hands-on-Mentalität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
