Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Durchführung und Sicherstellung des operativen Controllings mit Schwerpunkt auf die Bereiche Produktion und Logistik. Darüber hinaus übernimmst du auch allgemeine sowie projektbezogene Aufgaben
- Du erkennst als Sparringspartner:in im Bereich Operations Einsparpotenziale, hinterfragst bestehende Prozesse kritisch und treibst aktiv Verbesserungen voran
- Du arbeitest aktiv an der Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach US GAAP und HGB mit
- Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Investitions- sowie Kostenstellencontrollings
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Budgets und unterjährigen Forecasts mit
- Du bist teamfähig, zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft aus und übernimmst bei Bedarf auch ad hoc Themen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling sowie mindestens fünf Jahre operative Controlling Erfahrung in einem internationalen Produktionsumfeld
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in MS Office, einem ERP-System und idealerweise in Reporting- und Konsolidierungstools
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke zur verständlichen Vermittlung komplexer finanzieller Sachverhalte
- Du arbeitest proaktiv und pragmatisch mit Hands-on-Mentalität, hoher Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Übernahme ad-hoc Aufgaben
