Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen und pflegen eigenständig die Fertigungsunterlagen für unsere elektrotechnischen Baugruppen und geben diese nach sorgfältiger Prüfung für die Produktion frei.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson klären Sie technische Fragestellungen direkt mit der Produktion und dem Einkauf, um einen reibungslosen Fertigungsablauf sicherzustellen.
- Sie verantworten die Qualitätsprüfung, indem Sie Materialeingänge bewerten, Produktionsstichproben kontrollieren und die Freigabe für die weitere Verarbeitung erteilen.
- Sie führen den Änderungsdienst und dokumentieren Anpassungen präzise in den technischen Unterlagen, um unsere Qualitätsstandards kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Fertigungsleitung wirken Sie bei der Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen mit und bringen Ihre Ideen aktiv ein.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau (z. B. als Facharbeiter:in, Techniker:in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist geprägt von Selbstständigkeit, Präzision und einem hohen Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
- Als engagierte und flexible Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie gerne im Team und zeigen Bereitschaft, sich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
