Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie leiten größere (zusammenhängende) Rollout Projekte in einer Region entlang von zeitlichen, wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Vorgaben
- Sie unterstützen bei der Entwicklung von Rollout Projekten während der Vertriebs-, Planungs- und Ausschreibungsphase
- Sie übernehmen die fachliche Führung eines regionalen Rollout Management Teams und unterstützen Ihre Kolleg:innen bei der Koordination und Steuerung der einzelnen Rollout Projekte
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Ressourcenplanung, Erfüllung zentraler Kennzahlen und regelmäßiges Reporting
- Sie sorgen für das Erstellen und Management des Issue Logs und unterstützen das Vendormangement bei Eskalationen
- Sie sind Ansprechperson für externe Stakeholder wie Generalunternehmen, Gemeinden, Behörden sowie interne Abteilungen wie Vertrieb, Marketing, Planung und Einkauf

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine höhere bautechnische Ausbildung (HTL, Uni) abgeschlossen, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Tiefbau/Straßenbau
- Sie bringen mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement mit, speziell im Bereich Infrastrukturbau
- Sie waren mehrere Jahre in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition bzw. als Leiter:in von komplexen Projekten tätig
- Sie sind strukturiert, kommunikations- und durchsetzungsstark und bewahren in komplexen Situationen die Ruhe
- Sie denken strategisch und lösungsorientiert
- Sie bringen gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse mit und können sich schnell in neue Anwendungen einarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
