Was erwartet dich?
- Du kalkulierst eigenverantwortlich anspruchsvolle Projekte im Ingenieur- und Bahnbau und schaffst mit dem Kalkulationsprogramm RIB iTWO die Grundlage für deren wirtschaftlichen Erfolg.
- Als Basis dafür erstellst du detaillierte Leistungsverzeichnisse und führst präzise Mengenermittlungen durch.
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen von Lieferanten und Nachunternehmern, bewertest deren Angebote und unterstützt den Einkauf bei den Verhandlungen.
- Zur Sicherung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit entwickelst du realistische Bauablaufpläne und erarbeitest projektbezogene Bautechnologien.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Bauleitung wirkst du bei der Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen mit und unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Nachträgen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung abgeschlossen und bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Kalkulation mit – idealerweise im Ingenieur- oder Bahnbau.
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit dem deutschen Bauvertragsrecht (VOB) und hast bereits erste Projekte erfolgreich kalkuliert.
- Deine hohe IT-Affinität zeigst du im Umgang mit gängiger Bausoftware, vorzugsweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung mit RIB iTWO mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und zielorientiert, gleichzeitig schätzt du die enge Zusammenarbeit im Team, um gemeinsam die besten Ergebnisse zu erzielen.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich präzise mit allen Projektbeteiligten abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.

Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
