Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Erfahrung als Performance Marketer (m/w/d) oder in einer leitenden Rolle innerhalb einer Agentur
- Du kannst nachweisbare Erfolge im Skalieren von Accounts und Budgets vorweisen
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und hast ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Meta Ads und Google Ads, weitere Kanäle sind von Vorteil
- Du arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist kommunikationsstark und klar – sowohl intern als auch extern
- Du hast Lust, mitzugestalten, statt nur abzuarbeiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
