- Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mandant:innen und Kund:innen (gewerbliche Kunden und zu einem kleinen Teil auch Privatkunden)
- Du unterstützt den Vertrieb im Krankenversicherungsbereich und Biometriegeschäft
- Du erstellst Anträge und bearbeitest die täglichen Kundenvorgänge wie Stammdatenpflege, Vertragsbearbeitung und Kundenbetreuung im Bereich Vorsorge
- Du übernimmst die allgemeine Unterstützung für unseren Vertrieb im Vorsorgegeschäft und wirkst bei der Angebotserstellung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Versicherungsfachmann / Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzanlagen (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Krankenversicherungsbereich und Biometriegeschäft mit
- Du solltest bereits fach- und sachgerechte Angebote im Bereich Krankenversicherung und Biomitrie erstellt haben
- Du bist sicher in der Prüfung von Versicherungsscheinen
- Du hast bist kommunikationsstark und weißt, worauf es in der Kundenbetreuung ankommt

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
