Deine Aufgaben:
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich die monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung für einen definierten Mitarbeitendenkreis durch
- Du berätst Führungskräfte, Mitarbeitende und HR Business Partner:innen kompetent zu abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Du pflegst die Stamm-, Engelt-, Bewegungs- und Zeiterfassungsdaten und führst das Bescheinigungs- und Meldewesen durch
- Du kommunizierst zuverlässig mit Ämtern, Krankenkassen, Sozialversicherungsträgern und weiteren Behörden
- Du bearbeitest die Reisekostenabrechnungen inklusive Prüfung der steuerrechtlichen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Du erstellst Reports, Statistiken und Analysen für interne Stakeholder und arbeitest aktiv an Projekten sowie der Weiterentwicklung der Payroll- und HR-Prozesse mit

Dein Profil:
- Du hast einen erfolgreichen Abschluss einer kaufmännischen Berufsausbildung, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (m/w/d), im Bereich Lohnbuchhaltung oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst und hast eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
- Du hast sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in MS Excel, und sichere Anwendungserfahrung im Abrechnungssystem SAGE (wünschenswert)
- Du besitzt hohe Integrität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eine Hands-on-Mentalität sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
