Als Product Manager / Product Owner (m/w/d) bist du die treibende Kraft hinter der Weiterentwicklung und erfolgreichen Vermarktung unserer digitalen Produkte (SaaS).
Du verstehst unser Produktportfolio ganzheitlich – von der Idee über die Weiterentwicklung bis hin zur Platzierung am Markt – und sorgst dafür, dass sie wirtschaftlich erfolgreich, strategisch sauber positioniert und operativ gut gesteuert sind.
Mit deinem Verständnis für Markt, Kommunikation, Vertrieb und Prozesse verbindest du Produktvision, Kundenbedürfnisse und Business-Ziele – und machst aus guten Ideen erfolgreiche Produkte.

* Unser Vertrag ist zunächst auf 1 Jahr befristet. Diese Zeit nutzen wir, um uns gegenseitig kennenzulernen und sicherzustellen, dass die Zusammenarbeit für beide Seiten gut passt. Wenn wir merken, dass es für alle stimmig ist – und davon gehen wir aus – steht einer unbefristeten Anstellung nichts im Wege.

Was dich erwartet - deine Aufgaben

Als Product Manager bzw. Product Owner (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Verantwortung für unsere digitalen Produkte.
Du entwickelst Roadmaps und Business Cases – inkl. Budgetplanung, Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtung und Priorisierung.
Du verantwortest die Positionierung und kontinuierliche Vermarktung unserer Produkte.
Du koordinierst geeignete Marketing- und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
Du übersetzt Kundenanforderungen, Marktfeedback und strategische Ziele in strukturierte Anforderungen für die Produktentwicklung.
Du bist für die Erstellung von Angeboten, Pricing-Modellen und Verkaufsargumentationen zuständig und hast den Markt sowie Wettbewerber im Blick.
Du sorgst aus operativer Sicht dafür, dass Timings, Budgets und Prozesse eingehalten werden.
Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams (z. B. L&D, Operations) sowie externen Partnern zusammen und steuerst die Weiterentwicklung der Produkte.

Was du mitbringst - dein Skillset

Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung als Product Owner, Product Manager oder in einer vergleichbaren produktnahen Rolle – idealerweise im digitalen Umfeld.
Erfahrung mit digitalen Plattformen, Apps oder skalierbaren Produktlösungen.
Grundverständnis von technischer Entwicklung & Implementierung von digitalen Produkten
Ein starkes Verständnis für Vermarktung, Kommunikation und Vertrieb digitaler Produkte.
Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Business Cases, Budgetplanungen und wirtschaftlichen Bewertungen.
Ein sehr gutes Gespür für Markt, Zielgruppen und Produktpositionierung.
Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, komplexe Themen greifbar und steuerbar zu machen.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und externen Dienstleistenden

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?

Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
